We want you to love what you buy from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for eligible items (see Non-Returnable Items below).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions. In this case only exchange is applicable

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return:

    1. Go to Order tab and click on Return against the Ordered item within 5 days of receiving the product.

    2. Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return while filing the return

    3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

  2. Once you initiate the Return, the pick-up will be done in 2 business days

Return Handling Fee

  • If the return is due to wrong product, size mismatch, or damaged (manufacturing defect) item, no return handling fees will be charged

  • For all other reasons Return Handling fee will be charged

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, subject to availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
    We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
